My wife and I had the misfortune of hitting some black ice and going into a spin out causing us to slide off the highway in our 2017 Buick Envision and hit a road sign causing $13,000 of damage. Our 2017 Buick has been in the body shop for 8 weeks.

Buick is unable to supply the last 2 parts to get our car back on the road. The local Buick dealership has been unable to give us any update as to when Buick will be able to deliver these parts. I tried calling customer service at Buick Motor Division, after playing telephone tag for many days, their final answer was that they have no idea when these 2 simple parts will be supplied. Buyer beware...

the Buick Envision is assembled in China !! That's right... Buick Envisions are made in China... Obviously this is where the parts come from for repairs.

The saying "slow boat from China" hold true.

Very unhappy... And Buick has NO answers !!!

Issue has not been resolved,pretty poor on the part of buick
