dissapointed in 2016 buick verano
Bought new buick verano 22miles from Thorson buick dealer in Pasadena California after one day car had issue with transmission and gearshift knob car is slugish knob is loose, and dic menus are missing along with intelilink took back to dealer just to have management throw me out after i told them that last car bought there a month earlier was totaled after they refused to check and service it car was a 2015 chevy sonic it had same issue with the gearshift knob it was broken they replaced it but left handbrake loose , they refused to fix the handbrake saying it was a used car and that all sonics are built that way, now new buick wont be service by other dealers and gm help keeps calling only when im not available....dealer
